 s we embark on the New Year, there are many reasons to celebrate. 2005 makes Altamaha Federal Credit Union's 50th year in the business of serving our members. Altamaha Federal Credit Union's goal is focused on building trusted relationships with our members in order to do whatever we can to help them be successful. Our employees embrace a culture where passion, commitment and clarity in purpose are real and grounded first and foremost to our members. We are honored to celebrate our 50th and look forward to the future where our members have felt a demonstrated difference of an organization genuinely committed to its members. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to do so.
Throughout the next year, we want to celebrate with our members, as this is truly a celebration of all of you! In the next issue of our newsletter we hope to enlightened you on the beginning of you credit union as well as share with you member stories and memories from the past 50 years. Altamaha Federal Credit Union was chartered as Rayonier Employees Federal Credit Union on May 3, 1955. While we have changed Tremendously since that one room office located in Rayonier, you can still count on local people and friendly service. We have grown to become a community credit union where you'll enjoy a whole new level of strength, service and convenience.
We will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary with a week long celebration. Each day, May 9-13, we will highlight and educate you on a different area of the credit union.
Monday we will focus on Share Draft accounts.
Tuesday we will enlighten you on the convenience of Internet Banking.
Wednesday is "Card Day" ATM-Debit-Credit are all available.
Thursday, Loans - we have all you need - Vacation, Car, Mortgage & Personal.
Friday is " The Big Blow-Out " with games, speakers, food & prizes.
Each day we will have give-aways, education opportunities, door prizes, cake and coffee and don't forget ROCKY will be appearing twice a day to greet the kids with prize bags.
Come by each day during the week of May 9th thru 13th , 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to join in the celebration, this is YOUR credit union.
